So i slept without the weight last night because of the sore points. I applied some hand creme and and massaged like 30 mins before sleeping. I let my testicles out of boxer so they can breath and all these hings helped a lot. Today my soreness is pretty healed, though i put some ponytailers under the weight so it won’t touch the same points. Everything is fine for now. :)
I started with ponytailers as it is advised at Jorad’s guide. At first i decided 8 would be enough and i wore them first only days and i were taking them off while sleeping. Actually i tried to sleep with ponytailers but they gave me discomfort and i was waking up with some pain at my scrotum. but then i understand that they were too much and took off some while sleeping and it was ok. I used ponytailers for like one month. At first they were satisfactory, i could see the improvement. And it also effected my sperm amount. But I am not sure if it is because of a scientific reason or just because of the the feeling of the ponytailers making me horny more often. Anyways it was really satisfactory for a while, but with time the sensation decreased. And when i went to vacation with my bf i didn’t used them and the effect decreased. Till now i didn’t told my bf.
Then i returned my researches and learned that for the effects to be permanent you should stretch your balls for like two years. After a while i was bored of ponytailers and i decided to hang some weights to my balls. Ponytailers are taking to long to wear and take off. But when i looked the prices of ball weights i realised i can’t afford them yet (at least the quality ones). I am skilled at hand work so i thought i could make one for myself. I couldn’t forge one but i could sew a sac in which i can put some weights and use it. and i have done it. now i am wearing it for like 3 days. it is really very and its effects continues longer. and also it has a very nice feeling. At that guide it say i should wear it for 12 hours for the first week but i wear it almost like 24 hrs and i also wear it in public places it cause no problem. Only i get erected more easily. :D It will be too long to explain here so i pass for now how i have done the ball weight. I will explain it later but if you have hurry, ask me. I will explain it as soon as possible even only one person asks.
The only problem is like said in guide now i had a sore spot. I think it is because ot he friction between my scrotum and leg. I will use a plaster and think about the ways to overcome it, now i used an old sock as container for my scrotum. but i think it wasn’t enough. my balls hang 2 times low as before and that causes upside-down metronome like movement and that causes friction.
I apply some normal hand creme but it doesn’t seem to any use (i don’t use it because of the friction, i use it just because it is said in guide). But i will change it to shea and cocoa butter. Actually it does help relaxing the clemester muscle. and i don’t don the exercises described at guide because i don’t have that privacy and they are boring.
But i am really satisfied with my balls even now. I will update about important things but meanwhile if you have any questions about ball stretching just ask. I’ll do whatever i can.

At forums people were mostly talking about ball pumping, about which i don’t know much but it seems more dangerous to me and you need more equipment for it. And most of the people were saying they have very small scrotum or their balls are going inside while erection. This was not my problem so the forums was not very helpful.
It has been almost two months i’m trying to stretch my balls and here starts my journal.
